Criteria for Applicants
Applicants must prove their financial hardship by providing their latest tax return
Applicants must reside in Switzerland
Only applications for small animals (dogs, cats, pets) will be considered
Applicant must not be a breeder
Documents to submit
Proof of financial hardship (if married also from spouse)
Tax return, last 3 payslips, bank statement for the last 6 months
Statement of unemployment benefit, AHV or IV pension
Proof of ownership (pet passport, registration with the municipality, Amicus etc.)
Signed declaration
Proof of residence
Assessment from a veterinarian (Patient Report)
Description of the medical issue or diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prognosis

The funding will be sent directly to the treating practice/clinic, not to individuals.
We have the freedom to decide on the amount of contributions and reserve the right to reject applications without providing reasons.
